No guaranteed results for artists. Being featured, submitting music, or buying a promotion package doesn't guarantee any specific outcome, such as streams, followers, sales, or industry attention. Results depend on many things outside our control.
Music and artwork belong to their owners. We share music, artwork, and links to support and promote artists. All rights remain with the artists and rights holders. If you own something we've shared and want it changed or removed, email hello@ascenovastudios.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
Third-party links. We link to outside sites like Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, Bandcamp, and Instagram. We're not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
Sponsors never pick the music. The newsletter never includes paid artist placements; no artist can buy their way in. The newsletter may occasionally include sponsors or affiliate links from non-music brands (like clothing or gear). These are always clearly labeled and never influence what we feature or recommend. Paid artist promotion is only offered on Instagram, kept separate from the newsletter, and is always labeled #ad or as a paid partnership.
Accuracy. We try to get details right (release dates, credits, stories), but mistakes can happen. Let us know and we'll correct them.
